We chose this Ethiopian Natural Heirloom for its flavour complexity. It combines a bright peachy sweetness with pronounced and aromatic floral notes, with each mouthful an exploration of flavour. One of the most balanced coffees we have tried, it has clear citric undertones without ever tasting bitter.
